Brasha Smith, our office administrator, joins us from Athens, Pennsylvania.​ At 23 years old, they have already made a mark with the publication of two books, showcasing their versatility in English, French, and the uniquely crafted Grudinian language.

Having delved into the world of acting professionally, Brașă draws from their training and international experiences, infusing authenticity into their creative works. As a Quebecois-Irish individual, they seamlessly weave their diverse background into their writing, offering a rich tapestry of cultural influences.

In addition to being a prolific writer, Brașă is a proud member of the Jewish community, exploring and expressing their heritage through literary endeavors. Their commitment extends beyond conventional languages, as they employ the iel pronoun when speaking French and have even crafted the Grudinian language, a con-lang rooted in the Romance language family with a unique blend of influences from French, Romanian, Polish, and Hebrew.

Their dedication to the Jewish community is evident in their works published on Ritualwell and their ongoing projects, including translating the Torah into Grudinian and crafting an interpretive Siddur for Reconstructionist Jews.
